We had some unexpected damage to our railing off of our front stairs & called Cypress who responded so quickly and within no time at all had people out to take measurements and had a new railing made and installed in record time ! Their customer service goes above and beyond which we already knew from having two gates installed by them previously. As an added bonus their prices are fair and reasonable, thank you Cypress Railings & Gates 👍☺️

It was very easy to work with Cypress Railings. They were fast to respond and answered all my questions. I have a very narrow gate, and a pedestrian door that I didn't want to lose access to. They were able to work with me to get this job done in a matter of a couple hours despite these limitations, and exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely recommend them.

Our Strata Council arranged for Cypress Railings and Gates to install a metal security gate with a code button lock for our perimeter fence. The installation was done professionally in a timely manor, the materials used were of good quality, and the gate functions as we had specified. Our old cedar fence and gate were falling apart so we decided to have them replaced with composite and aluminum materials. We thought the higher cost was well worth the investment. The new fence looks fantastic and we won't have the headache of having to stain or re-stain it in the coming years. It should be easy to keep clean with some gentle pressure washing and should last twice as long as a wood fence or longer. The kind people at Cypress were great about explaining the different options available and brought examples of the products to our house so we could pick a colour and pattern that fit in with the rest of our property. It was really interesting to watch the fence and gate being assembled. The modular design is very cool and the new fence was ready in under two days (including the removal of the old fence.) People walking by stop to give it a good look and some even touch the boards to see if they're wood or not! And we really like the keyed handle on the gate so we can lock it for more privacy. We are happy to recommend Cypress for your next project.
